KINDO GROUP Announces Strategic Partnership with ALINA HYDRO-GRIDS BOTTLING CANNING CORPORATION to Launch Sustainable Water Production in Mauritius and Madagascar

A $110 Million Investment to Pioneer a New Era of Clean Water Access with Advanced Atmospheric Technology

Kindo Group, we are proud to announce a landmark strategic partnership with ALINA Bottling Canning & Norland International Plant. This collaboration will see a $110 million investment to establish two state-of-the-art water production facilities in Mauritius and Madagascar, scheduled to commence operations in 2026. This initiative marks a significant step in Kindo Group's commitment to sustainable development and innovation across Africa.

Harnessing the Sky for Sustainable Hydration

At the heart of this project is the revolutionary
AQUARIA HYDROPACK X Atmospheric Water Generator (AWG). Each facility will be powered by a dedicated ALINA HYDRO-GRID, comprising 430 HYDROPACK X units. This advanced system is capable of producing a combined 87.6 million bottles and cans of pure drinking water annually, under the ALINA AWG Pure and ALINA AWG Exotic brands.

Project leadership will be spearheaded by Velora Water Solutions Ltd, a sister company of Kindo Group with specialized expertise in large-scale water infrastructure and sustainable solutions. This initiative marks a significant step in our collective commitment to sustainable development and innovation across Africa.

A Commitment to Eco-Innovation and Circular Economy

Our factories are designed with sustainability at their core. We are deploying a multi-source, resilient energy microgrid to power our operations, minimizing environmental impact and promoting local circular economies.

Our integrated power strategy includes:

· Renewable Energy: Solar power and green hydrogen.
· Grid Support: On-grid 3-phase electricity.
· Waste-to-Energy Innovation: The utilization of syngas derived from repurposing end-of-life tires, providing a clean energy source while addressing local waste challenges.

This
$110 million investment represents more than just manufacturing; it's a blueprint for responsible industrial development, creating jobs, providing essential resources, and protecting our planet.

The journey is just beginning. Stay tuned for more exciting developments as we bring this vision to life.
